The Joy of being “comfortably uncomfortable”

I have been noticing the challenges that I and many of my clients face as we commit to moving forward in manifesting our vision for our lives. It can be uncomfortable to move out of old patterns and act in alignment with our highest self and go for our dreams and just have fun! And at the same time, there is a comfortable sensation of peace, joy and intuitive rightness that flows in us, whenever we choose to say yes to our truth, yes to what resonates deeply inside us. Often, there is also a sigh of relief after trying something new and moving out of our comfort zone. But there can also be difficult emotions that come up when we are acting in alignment with the truth within us. It can be scary!

But how many of you are so drained from everyday life, that you have lost touch with your passion? Where is that original spark that was in you as a young child? There is nothing more important than seeking out that spark, no matter how buried it is.

Cultivating Self Love Practices

There are so many internalized voices and programming that block us from our original heart that was there at the beginning of our physical existence. And yet underneath the blocks, underneath the layers of programming, thought patterns and principles, lies a judgment free zone. That is why we hear sayings like: "Unless we become like little children, we cannot enter the kingdom". Children are naturally free of judgment when they are very young and this is so life giving for us. It reminds us of our own original essence. This kingdom is in our own heart. And we can only enter it, when we feel safe, free of judgment and worthy of this LOVE.
